Beverage is a component which elevates and complements the taste of the meal. We therefore combine the respective courses with diverse pairing. It only depends on your preference which type you select. We complement gastronomy with wine pairing so that the wines with a distinct terroir recommended by our sommelier perfectly mix all flavours and tastes. If you bet on alcohol-free pairing, you can expect to savour home-made lemonades with an untraditional esprit, with composition that diverts from the typical stereotype.

Lovers of salty breakfasts will be able to savour a wide selection of cheeses, hams, yoghurts and spreads from local farmers. On the other hand, those with a sweet tooth can choose from a range of pies and cakes, fresh bakery and pastries, nuts or dried and fresh fruit.

The concept is based on a delicate selection of genuine, square and quality seasonal ingredients that enable our chef to become a real author of a proper piece of art on a plate.
